Weeks passed by without any proper workouts. No time & no motivation to spend on working on my post-2 kiddies body. Unhealthy food + couch-potato-ing when kids went to bed were ingredients to feel not so happy about my fitness level. Which absolutely always translates to my piece of mind, because a strong body gives me confidence & energy. So after I put little Miss Pippa to bed, I finally decided to ignore the urge to peace out on the couch after a long day at work. With Jools as my PT, I had the most fun/crazy/creative workout ever!!!
